FIX: rename-tables proxy path and ES lookup

Browse Source 
- Fix proxy path: /jobs/jdbc/:jobId/rename-tables → /jobs/:jobId/rename-tables
- Remove pipeline_id from ES data asset lookup, search by table_name + table_schema only
